Welcome to Highlands Church
At Highlands Church, we want to live and love without labels. We believe that everyone is invited to experience God’s grace—and that no one is ever disinvited.
When Jesus was asked “What is the greatest commandment?” he answered: To love God with all your heart, mind, and soul and to love your neighbor as yourself. Here at Highlands, we’re working to build a church that supports each one of us in living this out every day.

From Our Pastors
"All manner of people who were not acceptable by the religious standards of the first century found the wide embrace of God in Jesus Christ. Since God doesn’t pick and choose who will be invited into full participation of the church and faith community, neither should we. If it can include me, I don’t see how it could exclude anyone.”
-Founding Pastor, Mark Tidd
“Doing Justice, Loving Kindness, and Walking Humbly with God is the heart and soul of Highlands Church. Since the extravagant love of God-in-Christ-in-the-Holy Spirit continues to catch us by surprise, we believe the whole world will benefit from being and feeling loved by God. As we experience this flood of mercy, we also pray for and work toward an overflow of justice, mercy, and the nearness of Jesus Christ for the people of Denver and far beyond.”
-Co-Pastor, Jenny Morgan
Married, divorced or single here,
it's one family that mingles here.
Conservative or liberal here,
we’ve all gotta give a little here.
Big or small here,
there’s room for us all here.
Doubt or believe here,
we all can receive here.
Gay or straight here,
there’s no hate here
Woman or man here,
everyone can here.
Whatever your race here,
for all of us grace here.
In imitation of the ridiculous love Almighty God has for each of us and all of us, let us live and love without labels!
